Nature of the service

CIPP Connect is an independent reference on buying pipe rehabilitation. It lines no pipe and holds no contractor licence. It explains what a survey has to show, which defects rule lining out, what a scope must specify, and what verification to demand on work you will never see with your own eyes. Submitted projects may be shared with independent specialists. Surveys, designs, materials, execution, warranties, insurance and any dispute arising from the work are the sole responsibility of those companies and of the contractor who performs it.

Nothing on this site constitutes engineering, legal or regulatory advice. Statements about design standards, testing, permitting, discharge, occupational safety or product performance must be verified against their authoritative source, the current ASTM standard, NASSCO documentation, OSHA regulation, the applicable state or local rule, and the manufacturer’s own documentation, as they apply to a specific project at the time of that project.

No page on this site should be relied on as the design basis for a pipe rehabilitation. That is the role of the engineer of record.
